Today in 2022 the wars are not over. After World War II there was another war, the war cold. World War II was supposed to be the last of the wars. But there is a new war 4 years later the the Cold War, a war that lasted almost 50 years.
At the end of the Second World War, the two great victors wanted to dominate the world: on the one hand, the United States ; on the other, Russia, called the Soviet Union, at the time. Both sides want their ideas to prevail everywhere.
For just over 50 years, they cut the world into two “blocks”. Americans help countries that fight the Soviets, and the Soviet Union supports those fighting the United States. It is called the “cold war” because the tensions between the two enemies are enormous, but they do not fight each other never directly. On the other hand, the threat is permanent: each camp has nuclear bombs, very powerful.
After the Cold War there was some tension between some countries but nothing serious. Today in 2022 the war returned to Europe. The Russian-Ukrainian war is an important post-Soviet, military and diplomatic conflict, opposing Russia and pro-Russian separatist forces to Ukraine. Russia attacked Ukraine and vice versa. This war has already killed and wounded at least one hundred thousand people and it is not going to stop. The other countries do not may not help Ukraine because they are afraid of Russia’s retaliation .
To conclude the war are not about to stop and it is sad , I quote to you some war but it there is also the war in Palestine where thousands of innocent people are killed every day and , in Iran or the government imposes its laws etc Men will always find a way to wage war and that is sad . We pay tribute to the victims of war and we support the fighters .
